How Does The Kegelmaster work
Q: How does The KegelMaster 2000TM work?
A: Before women start their exercise program with The KegelMaster 2000TM we would like to explain how the
spring system works. Remove springs from posts 2-3
and 4, leaving one spring on the post (post 1) closest to the hinge of The KegelMaster 2000TM is the lowest
tension possible.By moving the spring forward one post at a time to posts 2, 3, and 4 will progressively
increase tension.
The greatest tension for one spring will be on the front post (post 4). If, after using The KegelMaster 2000TM
with one spring on the front post (post 4), you find it still too easy to close 30 times, take the spring on post 4
and move it back to post I and add a second spring to post 2. Then try The KegelMaster 2000TM again. By moving the
spring from post 2 up to post 3 and 4 will increase the resistance.By using the power spring combination chart you
should be able to find a resistance level that is right for strengthening and toning the vaginal muscles. Do not
try to do too many springs at first.

The idea is to get as much movement from the unit as possible. With 15 different strength adjustment
combinations one will be the best to start with. The KegelMaster 2000TM is comparable to a piece of exercise
equipment found at a local gym. It allows exercise of a localized area in the pelvic region, which up until now
women have not been able to properly exercise.
The best suggestion we could offer is to look at The KegelMaster 2000TM and approach it as carefully as any
piece of exercise equipment. There must be a full extension (opening) of the vaginal muscles with a full
contraction to get maximum muscular development in the vaginal area. The KegelMaster 2000TM must put enough
pressure on the vaginal muscles to cause a slight pressure when opened (this is the extension). The spring
tension creates resistance on the muscle much in the same way as choosing the proper amount of weight on any
exercise machine would.
